But have you wondered how to maintain your natural hair because it not easy with that journey.The washing and brushing is the key but let take tips to improve it.

1.Avoid excessive styling products

Overuse Of Hair Styling Products such as hair wax, hair spray, hair dyes etc which are used extensively in hair styling.

The overuse of products can cause this build up, which in turn would not allow your scalp to absorb the products as it should. This can also lead to issues such as a dry and irritated scalp.

Clarifying shampoos and nourishing conditioners can help you eliminate the product buildup.

2. It is recommended to have a diet that is rich in proteins.

Eating adequate protein is important for hair growth because hair follicles are mostly made of protein. A lack of protein in the diet has been shown to promote hair loss. Biotin is essential for the production of a hair protein called keratin, which is why biotin supplements are often marketed for hair growth.

You can increase your intake of zinc, B vitamins, plant compounds, and omega-3 fatty acids by consuming certain foods.

3. Condition correctly and with care

1. Choose your preferred shampoo and apply a quarter-sized amount (use more if necessary) to your scalp. Lather the shampoo thoroughly before rinsing it out with warm water.

2. Then, apply your conditioner and distribute it evenly throughout your hair. Leave it on your hair for a few minutes before rinsing it out with warm water.

3. Gently detangle your hair with a wide-toothed comb or your fingers, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots.

4. Allow the conditioner to sit on your hair for a few minutes before rinsing it with warm water.

5. Lastly, finish with an in-shower treatment to keep your hair healthy and shiny.

4. Wash your hair less often

Your scalp and your strands need moisture to stay healthy, so try to cleanse once a week if possible. If you’re working with fine or thin hair, or you have a delicate hairline, you may need to suds up a few times a week, every other day, or even daily.

5. Minimize the heat from hair styling tools.

First things first, it’s important to make sure your hair is completely dry before using any hot tools. This will help prevent any unwanted damage or breakage. And secondly, don’t skimp on quality when it comes to your styling tools. Investing in high-quality tools will not only lead to better results, but it will also help protect your hair in the long run.
