Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has shared his tribute to his late lawyer Cynthia Quarcoo who was reported dead on 22nd June 2023.
Cynthia Quarcoo, the founder and Managing Partner of CQ Legal and Consulting, a law firm based in Accra has been reported dead.
Cynthia Quarcoo, known for her role as Sarkodie’s lawyer, served as a legal advisor to the Musicians Union of Ghana for two years. She represents a diverse clientele, including Rocky Dawuni, Stonebwoy, Edem, Stephanie Benson, Reggie Rockstone, Bisa Kdei, and Samini.
Quarcoo established a dedicated Entertainment, Sports, and Media Practice within her law firm in Ghana, representing creative and sporting talent.
Meanwhile, Sarkodie has penned a tribute to his late Lawyer Cynthia Quarco, where he states the first time he met Quarcoo , he knew she was supposed to be part of his life journey.
According to the rapper, Qurcoo knew everything about him it almost felt like she was stalking him, he was moved and from there he knew he just found himself a lawyer.
Sarkodie also shared that, From his first meeting with the founder of the CQ law firm, they’ve never been apart to date and that Quarcoo is one of the few people he opens up to.
Sarkodie expressed concerns that Cynthia, who often displays worry, had not been heard from recently. Hours after sending her a WhatsApp message, he saw two ticks indicating that she had read it. From this moment he knew something is wrong.
“You left exactly how you wanted ( strong ) a classic Mama C. This is going to be a very difficult one for all of us but I guess that’s the price to pay when you open up to love. It was unusual I hadn’t heard from you in these few days because knowing my mama Cee she will be the first person to text me worried then tease me .. sent you a WhatsApp asking ” Mama C Na mentee wonka oo ” but after several hours seeing two ticks I felt something was wrong then they broke the news to me. We know what you would love for all of us (to be strong ) we will try”
