Ghanaian rapper Pappy Kojo undisputedly defended the image and reputation of Sarkodie during a session of United Showbiz and claimed that not every country has Sarkodie.
During a discussion on the recent issues between Sarkodie and Yvonne Nelson, one of the panelists, Mr. Logic commented that the Ghanaian landlord rapper is not manning up, he stated that if fame is taken out of the factors sarkodie has not been persistent.
“I see it as Sarkodie is not manning up enough if we take fame out, Sarkodie is very inconsistent,” he said
This got the “Ay3 Late” furious and it almost caused conflict on the live session TV show.
In defense of Sarkodie, Pappy stated that he is a rapper and can not sit for someone else to disrespect the “Adonai” hitmaker.
In his argument, he again stated that Ghanaians should be happy that we have the best rapper in Africa from Ghana for that matter he won’t sit for anyone to disrespect Sarkodie.
“We can’t sit here and let people disrespect Sarkodie, he is the best rapper and we should be happy he is a Ghanaian. We should be happy that we have the best rapper in Ghana, I won’t tolerate that”.
Speaking further he said, “We have Sarkodie, not every country in Africa has Sarkodie, if I am not here then you people talk anyhow about Sarkodie, but I am here I won’t allow that”.
