Akwaboah Senior Reported Dead After Battling A Short Illness.

There are moments when the unexpected happens which can be positive or negative and it always comes as a surprise. Death is one tragic thing that happens when one least expected it and it always causes so much shock to loved ones

The Ghanaian legendary Hip life musician and songwriter Kwadwo Akwoboah popularly known as Akwaboah Senior reported dead.

The Father of Hiplife is known for his ‘Awerekyekyere’ song, which he recently made a remix with his son Akwaboah Junior. Songwriting and composing of songs runs in the family of the Akwaboah’s where both the father and the grandfather of Junior Akwaboah are songwriters and composers.

The Awerekyekyere hitmaker has significantly contributed to the Ghana music industry by providing artists with the necessary support to break through in their music careers.

Dating back two years Akwaboah Senior was diagnosed with glaucoma, which made him lose his sight and lost weight. His son Junior Akwaboah supported him financially as he faces some challenges.

His son Akwaboah Junior announced the incident on his Instagram account on the 16th of May 2023.

However, the cause of his death has not been disclosed yet to the public. Many social users reacted to this incident by sharing their condescension and sympathizing with Junior Akwaboah as he reported the death of his Father on his Instagram page.
