Shatta Wale’s new album, Maali Dancehall, will not be promoted by Andy Dosty, host of Daybreak Hitz.
He claims the controversial artist humiliated and insulted his mother last year while performing.
The radio presenter and host got furious when a listener asked him to play Shatta’s new album. A colleague also pleaded that he play the album. Upon hearing this, he got angry and started blasting Shatta Wale for what he did last year during his performance on stage.
According to him, Shatta Wale disrespected his mom by heaping insults on her. He called her all sorts of names. He said his mom has suffered because of him and deserves better. He wouldn’t allow anyone to disrespect her like Shatta Wale did.
He further said he loves his mom because she trained him very well, and that has made him the man he is today, so nobody can fool around with her.
He described Shatta Wale’s action as foolishness and said must not be condoned in the country.
“I love my mother, and I won’t speak poorly of anyone else’s mother; she brought me up beautifully.” I’ve got sense if you don’t. Please stay away if you lack respect. “She lived a lovely life and has a nice place to live,” said Andy Dosty of the woman who gave birth to me.
Shatta Wale took it too far this time around. Nobody will stand and watch someone disrespect their mother the way Shatta Wale did, irrespective of who their mother is.
Respect is reciprocal so if you want to gain it from someone, then you have to pay it first. You can’t eat your cake and still have it.
