What are the key benefits of Responsive Display Ads – Google Display Ads

Running effective digital advertising campaigns for your business shouldn’t be difficult at all. In fact, promoting your business on advertising networks is one of the best ways to increase sales or leads for your business.

There are so many digital advertising methods available for your business to choose from. However, in this guide, we will be looking at some key benefits of responsive display ads as an advertising strategy for your business.

What are responsive display ads?

Responsive display ads are banner or graphic ads that automatically adjust their size, appearance, and format to fit the ad space available. Since 2016 responsive display ads have become Google’s default ad format on the Google Display network.

According to Google, display ads have a broader audience reach of 90% of global Internet users across more than 3 million websites, 650,000 apps, and other Google properties such as Gmail or YouTube.

Responsive display ads usually appear on blogs and websites in different sizes, formats, or appearances according to the ad spaces available.

It is a great way to build brand awareness, increase consideration, or drive conversions to your website.

For the best results, Google uses machine learning technology to automatically create several combinations of the assets you upload to the Google display network. Assets may include images, headlines, videos, logos, and descriptions.

What are the key benefits of responsive display ads

Responsive display ads come with enormous benefits for businesses. Here are some advantages.

1. Broader reach:

One of the main advantages of using responsive display ads is helping your business reach a broader audience. This is because Google automatically adjusts various elements of your ad assets(logos, images, text, descriptions, etc.) according to how best they can appear on partner sites and properties available.

This way your ad is maximized to get your business’s message across to as many properties as possible. For example, your ad may appear as a video, banner, or text only depending on where it can be seen by your target audience.

2. Powerful Ad matching tool:

Google uses Machine Learning to determine the best-in-class intent signals to place ads against the most relevant content available.

Your ads are placed on content that may generate the highest clicks/conversions from your target audience

3. Time-saving:

All you need to do is to upload your assets, and Google will take care of the rest by using Machine learning to make countless ad variations and permutations for the best performance.

This way you spend less time trying to figure out and optimize your ad as the best combinations are already done for you.
