Diana Asamoah Defends Akuffo Addo’s Governance and, Criticizes Youth As Lazy .

Ghanaian gospel musician Diana Asamoah has once again stepped up to support the governance of His Excellency Nana Addo Daquuah Akuffoo Addo, showcasing her unwavering stance in favor of the government amid criticism.

In a recent interview with Berla Mundi, when questioned about her continued support for the government, especially in light of the youth’s complaints about job scarcity and the increasing cost of living in Ghana, Diana Asamoah remained resolute in her defense. She firmly asserted that she would never criticize the government, staunchly believing in its positive contributions to the country.

Diana Asamoah attributed the challenges faced by the Ghanaian youth not to governmental policies but rather to their work attitudes. She boldly stated that approximately 90 percent of Ghanaian youth are engaged in some form of work.

However, she criticized their approach to work, labeling most of them as lazy due to a lack of willingness to engage in labor-intensive activities.

According to Asamoah, the prevalent issue among the youth is their aversion to manual labor, with their slothful mentality towards earning quick money rather than dedicating themselves to skill development.

She expressed disappointment in the rush among young individuals to pursue luxurious lifestyles immediately after completing their education, resulting in impatience toward learning and skill acquisition.

She emphasized the need for a shift in mindset, urging the youth to focus on personal development and skill acquisition, advocating for patience and dedication to honing their craft for sustainable income generation.
