There are 280 million depressed people worldwide. Women are roughly 50% more likely than men to experience depression. In the world, depression affects more than 10% of expectant and new mothers. Every year, suicide claims more than 700,000 lives. Suicide is the fourth-most common cause of death among those aged 15 to 29.
We might not be able to fight against depression, but here are some steps to help you whenever you’re feeling depressed.
