How To Get The Transcript Of A YouTube Video

Youtube video transcript is very important for people who are in a very loud area, are hearing impaired, or the most common, English Language is not the first or native language. Because of that, understanding it is very easy for them when they are reading it and not when they are listening to it.

YouTube, on the other hand, features many people who are native English speakers and so understanding what they are saying can sometimes be very difficult. If you fall among this category of people, then this article is going to be helpful.

Do you remember the last time you watched a YouTube video you saw something like “CC”? And did you know what it meant? No worries, I am going to show you what it means. Closed Captions (CC) are basically like captions of the video.

This works in real-time along with the video. This means after a speech is made, the captions will be written under the video. Although this is nice for non-native English speakers, getting the full transcript of the video is way better than the captions.
