How to Bookmark Post, Access Bookmarked Post, And Delete Bookmarked Post On “X”

Many use the Twitter App that is now X almost in search of content, others use it to have an update on what is happening in the countries or the world as a whole. Meanwhile, others also use “X”  as their source of information. 

This makes it very important to know how to bookmark posts on either your Android phone or Apple phone in order to get access to important posts you wanted to go back to them later in the day, or later in minutes or hours.

It is also important to bookmark posts because Bookmarking a post is an important feature for those who like to go through a specific tweet after a while. Unlike liking a post, which will be available for everyone, Bookmarked post will only be visible to the user who has bookmarked it.

The purpose of this article is to guide users through the steps involved in Bookmarking posts on the X app which use to be Twitter. The steps are straightforward and very easy to follow and involve both Android users and Apple users.

How to bookmark Tweet (now post) on Twitter (now X) on both Android and Apple phones.

  1. Make sure the X App is updated and Launch the Twitter app on your Android phone
  2. Tap on the post you want to bookmark
  3. Select the “Bookmark” icon right beneath the post or
  4. Proceed to the share button at the right side of the post/tweet
  5. Select a bookmark from the pop-up that comes
  6. You will receive a notification “Post added to your Bookmark”

How to access Bookmarked Post on X.

  1. Navigate to your profile picture at the extreme top left corner of the App and tap on it
  2. Navigate your way to the “Bookmarks” option and select.
  3. That is it you will have access to all posts you have bookmarked.

How to delete Bookmarked Posts on X.

  1. To do this navigate to your bookmarked posts
  2. Tap on the bookmarked post you want to delete
  3. Tap on the “Bookmark” icon to remove the post from your bookmarks or
  4. Proceed to the share button at the right side of the post and select “Delete Bookmark”.
  5. You will receive a notification confirming the deletion of the post from Bookmarks.
