Here is how to take the GAIQ exam
The exam will have a 90 minutes timer for you to complete; there is no way to pause the time till you complete the quiz or the time is up. Make sure you are in an area with an active internet connection.
The GAIQ exam has a total of 70 multiple choices and True and False questions. The passing score is 80 percent or higher, where you will get your Google Analytics with Google Partners badge certificate.
However, if you fail, you have to wait until seven(7) days to try again.

I would say it depends on how much time you want to put aside to learn. You can complete it as fast as 24 hours or as long as two(2) weeks. It depends on the learning routine you choose.
The Google Analytics certification is valid for 12 months. After 12 months, you have to renew the certificate again.
