How To Reply A Guy Without Being Rude.

You know that feeling where a guy keeps bothering you in your DMs, calls, and even follows you around just because he is interested in you? Yes, some guys can be very manipulative, especially when they want you to be their woman. As a lady, it becomes overwhelming and burdensome. They become your nightmare, and you really want them to back off because of their persistence. You don’t have to be rude to them all the time.

You sometimes want to ignore them, but the more you do, the more worrisome it becomes. Don’t stress yourself too much over such guys. Here’s how you reply without being rude to them, you keep them on hold until they give up on you.

1. Let me think about it.

A guy will give you all the time you need to think about his proposal. Some guys will keep coming back to ask if you’ve made up your mind. Just keep telling them you’re still thinking about it. If you can, give them time limits. It could be for a few weeks or months. As to when you want to give them the reply, that is up to you to decide. When they see you’re not forthcoming, they will eventually give up and move on.

2. Let’s be just friends.

A lot of guys do not like hearing these statements. They get anxious when you tell them that. To them, they want nothing more than friendship. So telling them this and friendzoning them will make them aware that you are not interested in them. A guy will do anything to get the lady he wants, no matter what, but when you friendzone them, they may sometimes back off and look elsewhere.

3. I’m not ready for a relationship.

Telling a guy will make him aware of your intentions for him. He may want to know the reasons for saying that. You have the right to explain it to him, but I will advise you not to. This is because if you do so, they may have a reason not to continue with the budging . Don’t give them a reason to if you don’t want them to. Rather, just tell them it’s a reason best known to you, and you need them to respect that. Gradually, if you don’t return their calls, messages and accommodate them, they will leave you alone.

4. You’re into a serious relationship

It’s funny how most guys don’t care if you’re dating or not. They would rather you be theirs than belong to someone else. Let them know you’re in a committed relationship and you don’t want anyone to come between you and the one you’re dating. Tell them you’d like to focus on your relationship and build it. Tell them how you care about your partner and wouldn’t want to hurt him. They will come to realize that you’re serious about it and might let you be.

5. You’re not interested in them.

It’s not a bad thing not to be interested in someone. Everyone has a kind of person they would want to be with, and telling a guy you’re not interested in them is not a bad thing to say. Well, you should also know how to put it into words. Don’t be rude about it when saying that. Just give them the reasons you’re not interested in them. Maybe you’ve seen certain traits in them that put you off. So instead of being rude to them, just say it politely and respectfully. They will respect your decision and let you be. Most guys are sometimes very understanding.

6. Ignoring them.

It is good to sometimes ignore them. You can choose to block them, ignore their calls, or avoid them whenever they come your way. Gently ask them to leave you alone. Be intentional about it, and they will stop bothering you.

It’s not always necessary to be rude to guys showing interest in you. These are some of the polite ways that you can communicate with them.
