How to view & access iCloud photos on all your devices(iPad, Mac, and Browsers) 2022

Photos: they say; are our way of capturing memories and telling our stories. However, not every memory saved can be retrieved easily. 

This may be due to difficulties we face when accessing them and other things.



Meanwhile, Apple has made it possible for all iPhone users to access all their photos easily with iCloud Photos on any device. Whether Mac, Windows, Android, etc. You can retrieve and download images you took with your iPhone using iCloud. 

All you need to do is to sync iCloud with all your devices.

This feature is a game changer for iPhone users who have different devices that are all linked to one iCloud account. They can download all their photos with ease with the iCloud website or on their iPads or Mac.

In today’s guide, we will look at how to view & access your iCloud photos everywhere on any device.

First things first: Turn on iCloud Photos on your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.

  2. Scroll down and select photos.

  3. Turn on iCloud photos by toggling on iCloud Photos.

  4. Repeat the step for every device you want to sync with iCloud.

How to view iCloud photos on another iPhone or iPad

  • Open your iPhone and head to Photos.
  • All the photos you took and enabled iCloud sync will be automatically available in your Photo Library.

How to retrieve iCloud photos on the iCloud website

  • Open your browser and visit iCloud.com
  • Log in to iCloud with your Apple ID
  • Click Photos.
  • You should see all your photos taken on all your devices.
  • Navigate and filter your images.

How to access iCloud Photos on windows

1. Download iCloud for windows here

2. Open the app( iCloud for windows)

3. Besides photos, select options. 

4. Select iCloud Photo Library and choose done.

5. Select apply; you can now download and upload photos to your iCloud Photos on your Windows device.

Access iCloud on Android

Accessing iCloud on your Android phone is as simple as using the browser. Open the Google Chrome browser and go to iCloud.com to sign in and select the photos option.
