Ghanaian socialist and rapper Ransford Brefo, popularly known as Oseikrom Sikanii, released his debut album titled Big Trapper.
The musician, who hails from Kumasi in the Ashanti region of Ghana, has been making considerable waves in the Ghanaian music industry.
His debut single, titled “Opor,” made headlines on social media platforms, exposing him to the netizens of Ghana.
Oseikrom Sikanii recently released his debut album, which features Ghana’s own Yaa Pono, Kofi Mole, Fameye, AMG Armani, Kweku Smoke, Kwabanga, and Bosom P-Young.
Among the songs on the album, “Twatis” has already captivated the hearts and minds of fans and social media users, as many danced to the song, showcasing their dancing moves.
In an interview on Hitz FM, the ‘Twatis’ hitmaker was asked about the reason behind the title of the album “Big Trapper”. According to him, looking at his efforts and the hard work he has invested in the Ghanaian music industry makes him a great artist.
“I am a big trapper, and it is not only in the eastern part of West Africa; in the whole world, I am the big trapper”.
He went on to explain what he actually meant when he said, he is a big trapper in the music industry.
“It simply means a big trap, and my album and work in the music industry say it all”. He briefly explained.
