“I am dead Inside”-Kidi Pours His Emotions About His Health In New Song (Video)

Ghanaian afrobeat artist has responded to recent news  on his health issues with a song he is about to release on the 27th of April 2023

The Ghanaian musician is rumored to have fallen ill a few days after he canceled his tour to North America. It was alleged that he was battling with a stroke but Richie Mensah, the boss of Lynx denied the rumor stating that his artist is not battling with a stroke and cautioned all fans to ignore the rumor and the clickbait.

Few days after Richie Mensah’s post on twitter, KiDi also released a statement to address allegations regarding his health. ” A little under two months ago, I made the painful decision of canceling my tour to take care of my health that included taking time off social media. In that time, I have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love from family, friends, fans and the brands I work with. you all made me feel incredibly loved in this difficult period and I can’t appreciate you enough.  Unfortunately, a few bad actors took this as an opportunity to spread false stories that got a lot of you very concerned. While I do not want to give it any more attention, I want to categorically address that those stories were false”. He stated in his released statement.

He further went on to assure his fans that he is finally back and he is going to continue in what he likes doing most. “I am glad to be back to doing what I love most; creating music and performing for you. Thanks for sticking it out with me. Love, KIDI.”

Just as he assured his fans in his post, Kidi has released a teaser of a song he is yet to release on 27th of April 2023, in which he expresses his feelings while dropping further indications regarding his health. “if I tell you I am okay, I lied. I am smiling but I am dead inside. If I show you my liver, you take me prayer ”. He said in the song.
