I Asked TV3 To Take Out The Part I Spoke About Sarkodie From The Pre-Recorded Interview – Samini.

Samini called out Sarkodie a few weeks ago for insulting him by ignoring his request for a duet on the 2021 Burning EP. In a radio broadcast, Samini claimed that Sarkodie avoided the question of their failed relationship.

Samini brought up the subject again in an interview with TV3, where he said Sarkodie hasn’t shown regret for what he did to him. He says that he won’t let it go until Sarkodie begs for forgiveness.

“If a man is remorseful and tells you, ‘Charlie, sorry that I pour red oil on your white attire’, you’re cool. But if the man tells you, ‘This small thing, you’ve taken it seriously’, how are you going to be cool? That type of ‘I forgive you’ is ‘I leave you to God’ kind of forgiveness and not that I’ve forgiven you. It’s ‘I leave you to the Maker’. You think you’re cool. Go around and just keep pouring.” he said.

However, in a recent interview on Hitz FM, the reggae dancehall artist revealed that he requested from TV3 that the part he spoke about his issues with Sarkodie should be taken out of the interview since it was a pre-recorded interview. Because he doesn’t want it to look like he still holding onto the issue.

He also stressed the fact that he was pursued by the host, Berla Mundi to revisit the issues he has with Sarkodie because he personally did not want to talk about it anymore.

“We have messages to prove that I actually requested that they take out that content from Bella’s interview I did. Because I had already spoken about it in a live interview that we did”.

“She got me emotional on the set because she kept asking as I had told her that. I have answers to these questions already. Are you trying to get back on the headline? I asked her.”

Speaking further he asked “Tell me why Media General decided to still send the material off and tell us that, that material has been sent off already and it has been approved and nothing can be done to it” he stated.
