I Will Choose Sweet Adjeley Over Hilda Baci- Kwadwo Sheldon.

Ghanaian YouTuber, Bernard Kojo Amoafo, publicly known as Kojo Sheldon joins the lambasting of Nigerian Chef Hilda Baci on her claims that Ghanaian Jollof lacks flavor.

In a podcast discussion, former Marathon cooking record holder, Baci, a Nigerian, expressed her preference for Nigerian Jollof, sparking a passionate response from Ghanaian and Nigerian netizens.

Baci claims she has seen various recipes for Ghanaian Jollof and competed with a Ghanaian chef to present his best version. She believes Nigerian Jollof is superior in taste and flavor, and emphasizes Nigerians’ bold and robust flavors, particularly in Jollof rice.

This caused a furious stir among Ghanaians with many lambasting Hilda Baci, however, Kojo Sheldon joined the trend when he commented that he would choose Sweet Adjeley over Hilda Baci.

Sweet Adjeley, a popular Ghanaian YouTuber renowned for her humorous approach to cooking tutorials, has garnered a significant following for her entertaining yet educational content.

When questioned in an interview by one of our team members, Ama Amewugah, about his stance on the Hilda Baci versus Naa Adjeley discourse, Kojo Sheldon without hesitation threw his support behind Sweet Adjeley.

In his response, Kojo Sheldon asserted that Hilda Baci’s extensive cooking experience, including a staggering 90-hour cooking feat, does not give her the warrant to dismiss Ghanaian Jollof as lacking flavor or appeal. He passionately contended that celebrity chefs within Ghana outshine Baci’s culinary prowess in preparing Jollof rice.

“The fact that you cooked for 90 hours you want to tell us our Jollof is not nice, even Sarkodie himself is a better cook of Jollof than her. So I will pick sweet Adjeley over Hilda Baci”. He said.
