TheiPhoneis one of the most popular smartphone brands in the market. Various factors have contributed to this reason. Especially given the fact that they were one of the first few phone flagships to come with their ownoperating systemapart from android.

The iPhone is a creation of Apple Inc; which started in the early 2000s. The first iPhone was released in 2007, and by 2009 it had already been distributed in the major markets. By then, it was only known as the iPhone with no numbers attached. Apple Inc has come a long way since then producing many different versions from the iPhone to iPhone 3G to 4, 4s, then the popular iPhone five and six series were also released. iPhone 14: Release Date

So far, Apple has not officially come with information about the launch or release date of their next series but based on past trends, the iPhone 14 is expected to be released somewhere in September, and thanks to a number of leaked information and pictures, we already have a fair idea of what to expect for this new series.

Display, Size, Resolution

Based on the leaks and rumors, the iPhone 14 series is going to have a lot of exciting upgrades. Apparently, Apple is planning on getting rid of the mini-series since the iPhone 12 mini and 13-mini had very poor sales. Instead, we are expecting to see a range from 6.1 to 6.7 inches from the base to the pro model. That is, the iPhone 14 is expected to come with a 6.1-inch display, a 6.1-inch iPhone 14 pro, a 6.7-inch iPhone 14 max, and also 6.7 inches for the 14-pro max.

Camera features

Since 2017, Apple’s iPhone with Face ID has come with a notch at the top to house all the necessary face ID equipment, but that is expected to change with the new iPhone 14. The models are expected to take off the notch for a new design with a new face ID hardware design. It looks like Apple will go with a combination of a circular hole-punch cutout for the camera with a pill-shaped cutout to house key face ID components. The rear camera is also expected to see a new design with a thicker body that eliminates the camera bump, meaning the camera lenses, flash, and LiDAR scanner will be able to sit flush with the rear glass. As is common for the iPhone, we are expecting to see camera improvements for the iPhone 14 like an improvement in the ultra-wide camera, a periscope zoom lens, a 48-megapixel camera with 8k video recording.

iPhone 14: CPU, 5G, Chipset

The iPhone 14 is also rumored to be powered by a 4nm processor that’ll be known as the A16 Bionic chip which will definitely bring improvements in power and efficiency. The 14 series is also expected to use a Qualcomm Snapdragon X65 modem which will be the first 10 gigabit 5G modem and antenna system for smartphones.

iPhone 14: Price in Ghana

The iPhone 14 is expected to start at a GHs 5,100 base price with the max starting at GHs 5750, the pro starting at GHs 7,010, and GHs 7650 for the 14-pro max.

Conclusions

Overall, the new iPhone is expected to be bigger and better than the previous series. This is exciting news for all Apple lovers and they can’t wait for the official launch of the iPhone 14 flagship. Will the smartphone giant be able to move the market with its new features? We can only wait and see.
