1. Nana Ama McBrown and Maxwell
Maxwell Mawu Mensah tied the knot with Nana Ama McBrown in the year 2016 and had a beautiful baby girl in 2019. Their marriage was the epitome of a healthy relationship during their marriage.
However, their marriage took a turn late last year with so many rumors surfacing on the internet about their marriage. It was rumored that Maxwell her husband is no more in the same house as Nana Ama, but staying with another woman, whom he has been dating while in marriage with Nana Ama. Nana Ama was among the celebrities whose divorce was least expected.
Their divorce rumor made headlines when Ghana’s finest TV presenter was spotted in a picture posted on her socials without her ring, this got many to conclude that the two couples have indeed divorced.
2. Medikal And Fella Makafui.
The marriage between this couple came as a surprise to many Ghanaians. Medikal tied the knot with Fella in the year 2020 and had a lovely daughter.
From nowhere Medikal posted on his “X” account that Fella is no more his wife and all that they are both doing is co-parenting.
His post was not taken into consideration by many Ghanaians, however, Medikal recently posted a video on his socials griefly sharing what has been happening in his home. According to him Fella’s cousin has been staying with them for two years and anytime he asks Fella when her cousin will be leaving, he does not get a reliable answer.
In the video, Medika revealed that sometimes Fella’s cousin sees his nakedness which is so unacceptable.
Meanwhile, Fella reported Medikal to the police because she believed Medikal is spreading false rumors about her business and family, and for the sake of the safety of their daughter and she had to report Medikal. Among the celebrities, Medikal and Fella’s divorce is the most shocking one.
3. Lil Wayne and Patricia Afiriyie
Lil Wayne and Patricia Afiriyie got married and barely years after their marriage the two couples divorced which got many Ghanaians shocked, because the two were seen growing together from the trenches. They had been in love from when both of them were nothing and had grown together it was rather unfortunate for them to part ways.
4. Chris Attoh and Damiola
The two couples got engaged in February 2015 and married at a private ceremony in August 2015. Their marriage, however, lasted for 48 months which was a shock to many. The two started their romantic relationship after they starred in Nigeria series “Tinsel”. Damiolo Adgbite accused Chris of cheating with another lady besides their marriage, Chris on the other hand denied the accusation.
5. Jackie Appiah and Peter Agyemang
On the list of celebrities who left their marriage are Jackie Appiah and Peter Agyemang. They married in 2005 and had a child together unfortunately, just three years after their marriage their marriage ended up divorce.
However, the cause of the divorce was unknown to the public because of Jackie Appiah’s exclusive private life as well as Peter Agyemang.
6. Obaapa Christ and Pastor Hammond Love.
The two couples divorced after nine years of marriage. Their marriage got the attention of Ghanaians when the husband of Obaapa Christy, Pastor Love, laid strong allegations against her that she was cheating on him with a man in Germany during an interview with Sefa Kwame on Peace FM in 2010.
The gospel singer also retaliated by saying that Pastor Love also killed an artist in the gospel music industry
7. Abeiku Santana And Maggi
The popular radio presenter whose real name is Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey Santana got married to Maggi but unfortunately divorced in 2012,
The radio presenter of the famous radio station “Ekwanso Dwodwo” refused to make any comments about the reason behind their breakaway. He then married an old mate two years later after a divorce from Maggi.
