Using a content calendar helps you avoid multitasking and come out with big ideas for the months ahead.

You may also use tools like Planoly and Hootsuite to schedule posts ahead of time whenever you are unavailable at that period.

A content calendar encourages consistency:  Having a well-structured content calendar enables you to be on your clients/customers’ radar every single time. This way they are able to know whatever is going on with your business. Posting consistently using a content calendar also helps you take customers on an intentional journey to increase their commitment to your business.

Having a content calendar enables you to plan for important moments: One of the most important reasons for drawing up a content calendar is for planning relevant events that might affect sales.
