Ghanaian musicians are taking the music industry to a new level, with their tours all over the world making all Ghanaians proud of their attempt to promote the music industry.
Ghanaian artists have been making a conscious effort to sell their music globally by going on tours in different countries with their songs. This has been the current trend in the Ghanaian music industry.
A prominent figure in the music industry, Sarkodie has been touring with his Jamz album to promote Ghanaian culture and highlight the splendor of the nation as he visited nine cities in different countries to host an event with his Jamz album.
Many artists in Ghana are following and have followed the trend with King Promise who also went on a world tour with his 5-star album and Black Sheriff.
Meanwhile, Ghanaian dancehall artist Stonebwoy artist also joined the trend as he disclosed a list of tours he is about to embark on with his “5th Dimension” album. On Stonebwoy’s Instagram, he posted on his story, a list of tours in North America.
The album, titled “5th Dimension,” features collaborations with a number of international artists, including, Stormzy British Rapper, Nigerian artists Davido, Tiwa Savage, and Oxlad, Five times Grammy Winner and Songwriter Angelique Kidjo, shaggy Jamaican reggae rapper, Dexta Daps, America singer Mereba and Jaz Kharis. With such a diverse range of collaborations, the album is appealed to a wide audience. To date, the album has been one of the albums on the charts on all streaming platforms.
