To view and cancel your MTN subscription;
- Dial MTN short code*175#
- Select option one(1),My subscriptions.
- A list of allVAS subscriptionswill appear.
- Select all the MTN services you want to unsubscribe.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your MTN Subscriptions.
How to find out and unsubscribe to Vodafone VAS subscriptions in Ghana
To cancel or stop all Vodafone subscriptions;
- Dial USSD shortcode*463#and send.
- Select option one(1),My subscriptions.
- Select option one(1),View subscriptions
- All your Vodafone content subscriptions will appear here.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your Vodafone subscriptions.
How to cancel and Unsubscribe to all your AirtelTigo VAS subscriptions
To stop or cancel AirtelTigo subscriptions:
- Dial shortcode *100# and send.
- Select option four(4), Content Services.
- Select Deactivate subscriptions.
- A list of all your AirtelTigo Subscriptions will appear.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your AirtelTigo Subscriptions.
