Open a browser and visit the official Instagram website
Log into your Instagram account with your username/phone and password
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
Select Settings >> Accounts Center
Locate your Facebook account and click on the arrow next to it
Click on Remove from Accounts Center. Confirm and press done afterward

To unlink or disconnect Facebook and Instagram on iPhone/ Android, kindly follow these steps.
